Network Technicians are an integral part of the success that encompasses the NOC support team at NETAGO. Techs are responsible for fielding Internet Connectivity and Desktop Support for client issues while providing best practice solutions before escalating the ticket. You are responsible for ensuring that the issue is resolved in a responsive manner, to the client's satisfaction, and meets service level agreements. This position is a hands-on technical role that comes with many benefits such as working with an innovative team, a strong focus on goal achievement, integrating the latest technologies and working in an ever-changing fast-paced environment.


  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve Internet connectivity incidents for NETAGO clients.
  • Support routers, switches, access points, and other networking equipment.
  • Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, etc. in a networked environment.
  • Field client phone calls, emails and create tickets.
  • Ensure all tickets are updated with accurate information.
  • Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 level tickets.
  • Escalate tickets to appropriate escalation queue when needed.
  • Communicate technical issues and resolutions with clients.
  • Train and mentor new employees as needed to ensure their success in the team.


  • Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and a STRONG desire to learn.
  • Excellent knowledge of providing hardware support for desktops, laptops, scanners, printers, mobile devices, etc.
  • Must be comfortable working with TCP/IP networking, IPv4 and IPv6 routing protocols.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Apple operating systems.
  • EXCELLENT oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with executives, engineers, sales, vendors, peers and CUSTOMERS.
  • Ability to interface with non-technical people on technical issues.
  • Ability to work variable schedules to include weekends, nights, and day shifts as required.
  • Preferred certifications in Microsoft operating systems or other applications as well as any other industry standard certifications.

  • Industry Certifications are a benefit but not required.


  • Good Computer Skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft and Apple operating systems.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP and Internet routing protocols.


  • $48,000 to $64,000 per year.
